By accessing Dipi001 (dipi001.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Dipi001 is a land information, listing and matching platform. We are not a real-estate broker, escrow agent, law firm or investment advisor. Listings are provided by independent owners or their representatives. Always verify statutory title, zoning and permissions with qualified local professionals and authorities before transacting.

3. Listings & Demands

• You must be the lawful owner or an authorized representative to publish a listing.
• Information you publish must be accurate and lawful; prohibited content will be removed.
• Sample listings marked as examples are for demonstration only.

4. Service Orders & Payments

Land services (due diligence, valuation, escrow management, etc.) are sold as digital deliverables. Payments are processed securely by Creem.io. Service delivery timelines are stated on each service page. Where a service depends on third parties or local authorities, timelines may reasonably extend.

5. Refunds

If a purchased service cannot be delivered, you receive a full refund. For delivered services, refunds are handled case by case — contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

6. Web3 & LandProof

Wallet login and LandProof provenance records are provided for trust and verification. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet keys. LandProof records certify document hashes and listing provenance — they do not constitute legal title or a guarantee of ownership.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape at scale, reverse engineer, spam, upload malware, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion or fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipi001 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Contact
